The Truby 406 is truly handy. Regardless of your intent for the property, the location is hard to beat. A great place to escape to, hunt, run a few cows, or build on, this property is tough to beat with two paved roads running along two fence lines. This property is worth the look.
Most of the property has some slight slope, much of it slopes to the center where water can flow into surface tanks. The south end of the property is where the bulk of the contour will be found as gravel outcroppings run along the southern boundary and then drop off 30 feet or so. The view is nice from that end.
