Lisa Martin

I am a Realtor with BOLD Real Estate Group in Longview, Texas and I have been a Realtor since I started my career with RE/MAX First Choice in Longview in 2008. I help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Whether it's investment, commercial, multi-family, single-family and luxury home properties, I help my clients find the property they are looking for and treat my clients the way that I want to be treated and want them to know that I will do all that I can for them every step of the way.

Throughout my career I have been awarded the 2009 RE/MAX First Choice Rookie of the Year, in  2010- 2017 RE/MAX Executive Club Award, in 2016-2020 RE/MAX 100% Club Award and in 2021 The RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. My fellow members of the Longview Area Association of Realtors (LAAR) elected for me to serve in 2013-2020 on the Board of Directors, in 2021 I served as LAAR Board Secretary/Treasurer, in  2022 LAAR Vice Chairman and currently in 2023 as Chairman Elect. I also serve on the LAAR MLS Committee and Professional Standards Committee. I am a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer. I have been a Member National Association of Realtors (NAR), Member Texas Realtors (TR)  since 2008 . In 2022 I was voted by the members of the Longview Area of Association of Realtors as "Realtor of the Year". I am a Major Investor with the Texas Realtor Political Action Committee as well as a President's Circle Club member of the NAR Political Action Committee.

I have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation as well as the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Designation and currently working on my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation.
