Mary Lou Clendenin

I started in the real estate industry in 1983 after graduating from Texas Tech Univ. with a minor in Real Estate and served 7 years as a title closer/branch manager in Corpus Christi. I began selling real estate full-time in 1990. I earned my broker license in 1995 and formed a real estate partnership firm in Corpus Christi. In 1999, my husband's job relocated us to Longview, TX where we have remained enjoying the East Texas beauty. I have served on the Longview local Board of Realtors in numerous positions, which included being the 2006 President and was 2015 Texas Lone Star CRS president.  I have been a top producer multiple times and have consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Realtor.  These achievements are credited to my work ethic and my faith in God.

On a personal note, my husband of 43 years, Art, is a civil engineer.  Together we have 3 adult daughters, a son-in-law, and 3 granddaughters. God is Good!!!
